Yes. If you will be inviting guests, please add them to your reservation. If you have guests who decide to join you at the last minute, please check with Guest Services when you arrive and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Because we expect large crowds on Easter Weekend, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before the service begins to allow for your group to sit together.
You can change or cancel your RSVP by using the information found in your confirmation email. If you still need assistance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Someone in your party will be able to hold a seat for you if you are volunteering, even after service begins.
However, if you do not have anyone to hold your seat, please let someone from Guest Services know on the day of the event and they will make special arrangements for you.
Snacks are served in our Kids Ministry (ages one through Kindergarten). To ensure that our classrooms are safe and to care for children with allergies or special dietary needs, we provide a gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free snack. No outside food is allowed.
At each of our eight services, there will be Self-Serve Photo Booths for families and Easter Activities for children in their age-appropriate ministries.
For a special experience on Saturday only, we invite you to enjoy lunch or dinner in our courtyard before or after each service. Local vendors and food trucks will be on site, offering dining options ranging from $3 - $10.
Items to bring:
- A camera and/or mobile device and smiling faces to take photos in the self-serve photo booth areas.
- Cash, credit and/or debit card(s) for food vendors on Saturday evening.
